Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a strong background in pet grooming and handling. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to pets, ensuring their comfort and safety while delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats.
• Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
• Handle pets safely and effectively during grooming sessions, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment.
• Communicate with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and provide recommendations for care.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Assist in kennel duties as needed, including feeding, exercising, and monitoring the health of animals in care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dog handling and pet grooming is preferred.
• Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed when handling larger breeds or equipment.
