What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in / move out cleaning of residential homes (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.)
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing
- Delivering great service with a smile — treating every home like your own
- Follow checklist-based cleaning procedures (training provided)
- Communicate with dispatch/team leads when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous professional or paid home cleaning experience preferred
- Must have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and smartphone
- Able to lift 20 lbs and be on your feet during cleaning shifts
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy
- Fluent in English or Spanish
