Position Overview:
We are hiring movers, packers, and drivers who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow with a company that values effort and professionalism. You'll be responsible for helping customers move their belongings safely and efficiently — whether it’s loading, unloading, driving, packing, or providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other household or office items
- Wrap, pad, and secure items for safe transport
- Pack and unpack customer belongings with care and organization
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers
- Perform walkthroughs and follow instructions from dispatch or lead crew member
- Operate company vehicles (for driver positions) and assist with navigation
- Complete all tasks with a positive attitude and team mindset
- Keep track of tools and equipment used on the job
- Report any issues, damages, or delays to management
- Represent the Reliance brand in uniform and with pride
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and on time — we’re a no-excuses crew
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (75+ lbs) repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must be willing to work some weekends and long days as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a DOT physical
- All applicants must pass a criminal background check
- Bonus if you have prior experience, but we’re willing to train the right people
