We’re a 3rd generation family-owned custom picture framing business with 38 years of history and a reputation for exceptional quality - our slogan is "You're Going to Love It". We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Custom Framer to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone with experience in the field who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
Position Overview:
- Fit and assemble custom framing orders with care and accuracy, according to company methods and standards.
- Handle a variety of items including photographs, prints, canvases, needlework, and 3D objects
- Perform glass cutting, canvas stretching, and related tasks
- Maintain accuracy with tools and measurements
- Work closely with teammates to maintain efficiency and uphold high quality standards
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, detail-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of custom picture framing experience (required)
- Excellent hand skills and eye for detail
- Confidence using hand tools and reading measurements
- A genuine care for quality and customer satisfaction
Schedule:
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Five-day work week with every other Saturday required
- Sundays off
- Occasional evening and overtime hours, especially during our busy season (November–December)
- Additional opportunities may be available based on conditions.
