· - We strive to find better ways and we’re not afraid to make a change, ask someone for help, or come up with new ideas. We have the confidence to move forward with our vision to be ‘the’ place a cancer family in Nebraska turns to.
· - We’ll do whatever it takes to help our families. We always have integrity in all we do and strive to act for the greater good and not in self-interest. Financially supporting our families will always be our main focus and emotional support follows. It’s not about hours put in, but valuable output. Woven in it all… we have fun.
· - We work smart and do what’s necessary to be sure the job is done right. We pursue improvement if we are constructively apprised of our strengths and shortcomings. We take ownership and remain consistent and detail oriented. We communicate openly and are fiercely transparent even if that means having a hard conversation. We do the right thing even when no one is around.
· Compassionate- We have heart. It takes someone special to do what we do and not everyone can do it with compassion. We’re genuine and gentle with all situations and understand boundaries. We do our best to put ourselves in others’ shoes because we understand everyone comes from different walks of life. If we can’t help, we’ll find someone else who can.
