The Program Coordinator will contribute to our mission by:
Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards for Family Medicine Residency and Fellowship programs, including Sports Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Care and Geriatrics.
Creating and maintaining clinic schedules for over 40 residents and fellows.
Creating and maintaining resident on-call schedules using scheduling software.
Communicate effectively with faculty, clinic staff, residents, and fellows about schedule changes to ensure minimal patient impact.
Prepare and deliver standing and ad hoc reports to track critical information.
Planning and scheduling weekly Resident didactics conferences.
Participating in and contributing positively to Administrative Team activities such as huddles and team meetings.
A successful Program Coordinator will demonstrate competency in big picture thinking, detail focus, reliability, effective communication and problem solving/decision making.
Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
