Clean Harbors is looking for a Program Manager to join their safety conscious team. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as overseeing reporting and billing for this area. The successful candidate will have industry and utilities experience combined with a strong administrative skill set.

Key Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
· Emphasize productivity, health & safety, compliance and customer satisfaction;
· Ensure that each project has an operating plan and that personnel and clients follow through
· Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 3+ years’ experience in industry experience preferred (utilities based)
· P&L/Budget and Billing experience
· Knowledge of Federal, state and local environmental regulations
· OSHA Training and experience
