Job Summary
This role will collaborate with the Director to manage the development of system-wide analytic programs, initiatives, and projects. It will develop standardized and sustainable programs that support PeaceHealth clinical excellence strategic priorities. The Program Manager will be an expert in analytic program management, project management, data collection methodologies, measurement development, interpretation, data validation and integrity, statistical analysis, statistical process control, and data story presentation.
Essential Functions
- Organizes and leads cross-functional project teams in development of dashboards and implementation of various analytic solutions through the program planning, design, build, validation, education and roll-out life cycle.
- Coordinates all aspects of project work plans and teams, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables
- Negotiates project scope and requirements with key stakeholders.
- Allocate project work through existing organizational approval processes and/or coordinates a conversation with resource managers and sponsors.
- Identify and mitigate risks to achieve project success, provide possible solutions.
- Manages all program and project communications, including preparing and/or delivering professional level written and verbal communications and/or presentations to project team members, program participants, and program sponsors.
- Creates and maintains program-related online team sites where appropriate or needed.
- Inform and influence dashboard build and iterative dashboard improvements by utilizing data analytics and data workflows.
- Develops expert understanding of key healthcare business processes and data flows, program requirements, measure specifications, and key business strategies in order to formulate appropriate study questions, identify and prioritize data needs and propose data collection or analytic solutions to meet strategic prioritized business needs.
- Participates in systemwide teams and committees, as needed.
- Develop presentations and ad hoc dashboards or reports for System and Community Leadership.
- Use standard measurement, processes, tools and approaches, consistent interpretation of data and definitions, and adherence to rules and regulations for reporting requirements across the organization.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Required: Analytics. healthcare or related field and,
- Master's Degree Preferred: or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the incumbent with the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the job.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years Required: Analytic project/program management, change management, or equivalent education/experience. and
- Required: Knowledge of measure development and data visualization tools
Credentials
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality or,
- Preferred: Project Management Professional Certification

Working Conditions
Lifting
- Consistently operates computer and other office equipment.
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

- Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting.

The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $49.64 – $74.46. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
