The Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team focuses on the places and programs that define and drive Coinbase culture, which sets us apart from other companies. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage multiple high-impact projects that enhance both remote and in-person work experiences. This role focuses on fostering team gatherings, developing remote-first programming, and driving the future of work strategy. You will conduct new and creative analyses of situations and information to drive strategic program execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design Connection and Collaboration Programs:  Lead the development and management of global initiatives such as connection stipends, event grants, and team gatherings to enhance employee engagement and cultural alignment.
• Develop Remote-First Programming: Create and implement innovative remote-first programs that support employee engagement and effective collaboration in a distributed work environment.
• Strategic Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. Develop detailed project plans, set clear milestones, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data and analytics to track key metrics, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with People Analytics to leverage insights for future program enhancements.
• Communication and Change Management: Design and implement change management and communication strategies to drive successful adoption of new programs and initiatives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):  

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and program evaluation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage both detailed tasks and big-picture strategies.
• Customer-centric approach and adept at navigating through ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to haves:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in developing workplace culture across distributed offices.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
• Background in event design and production.
• Experience in connection/collaboration programming.
