Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym is seeking an energetic, results-driven Programs & Sales Manager to oversee our non-clinical program areas, including Open Play, Sensory Art, Music Exploration, Little Learners, birthday parties, and special events. This role is responsible for program excellence, staff training, and driving sales growth in the programs vertical of our business.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in family entertainment, children’s services, and sales, and is passionate about building memorable experiences for children and families. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires creativity, leadership, and a positive, can-do attitude. Occasional travel and occasional evening or weekend work are required to support events and program needs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day management of non-clinical programs to ensure consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve programs to keep them engaging, innovative, and competitive in the market.
- Establish and monitor performance goals for program participation and revenue.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Client Relations teams to promote programs effectively.
Sales & Business Development
- Serve as the primary driver of sales growth for all non-clinical programs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase participation in open play, classes, parties, and events.
- Lead in-facility promotion of programs and packages, with a focus on increasing conversions.
- Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and revenue data to refine strategies and achieve growth goals.
Staff Training & Leadership
- Train new staff on program delivery with emphasis on customer service, upselling, and promoting events.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve in-facility sales conversations and customer engagement.
- Schedule and supervise program staff, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
- Build a team culture that is enthusiastic, professional, and family-focused.
Community Engagement & Events
- Represent Little Land at community events, school partnerships, and outreach activities to increase visibility.
- Collaborate with leadership to grow community partnerships and program reach.
- Oversee the successful planning, promotion, and execution of birthday parties and special events.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Recreation, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in family entertainment, children’s services, hospitality, or program management.
- Proven track record in sales, revenue growth, and program development.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and staff training capabilities.
- Excellent sales and customer engagement skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, reporting, and Microsoft/Google productivity software.
