Complete Landscape Development
CLD is a local family-owned Landscape Contractor that focuses on high-end residential clients throughout Santa Barbara county. This role is perfect for a student seeking part-time work that will help you to familiarize yourself with landscape construction methods as well as the ins and outs of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create proposals and bids for new projects
- Respond to emails
- Order plants and place them in the field
- Maintain communication with colleagues, landscape architects, general contractors, clients, etc.
- Hours and schedule may be flexible but generally depend on project needs
- Need to be able to drive to the office and different project sites, occasional remote work is possible
Required Skills
- Microsoft Suite
- AutoCAD, Bluebeam or other software to perform takeoffs
- Reading plans
- Clear communication
- Basic Spanish
Compensation
$20-$23 Depending on experience
