Position Summary
Coordinates services such as scheduling installation crews, ordering materials for projects and appointment-setting, records control, and other administrative activities for Marble Falls Glass & Mirror.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Communicates with customers and delivers them a completed installation project through coordinating efforts between vendors, fabricators and installation crews.
- Effectively manage a revolving book of business that exceeds customer expectations and company objectives.
- Operates computers to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software.
- Uses various Microsoft software applications and industry specific software to effectively deliver expectations.
- Excellent customer service is required.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred)
- College coursework or transferable work experience is preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
