Job Description
The role of Project Coordinator is part of our Solutions Delivery team which is comprised of Solutions Engineering, Project Management, Installation Support, Field Service, Configuration, Security Operations, and the Channel Program. As a Project coordinator you will work closely with our customers and ensure quality service to both our customers and the business.
This role will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Management of queues in Salesforce (SF) and OMP
Timely closeout of orders and maintaining accurate Target Dates
Approval of orders and shipping equipment needed for installations
Maintain Smartsheets for all projects and accounts
Manage installations to ensure timely & quality completion
Assist Projects Managers and Senior Project Managers as needed
Clear communication required for timely internal and external updates
Contacting customers for shipping expectations
Responding to customer requests for information or escalations in a timely manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of previous experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
Knowledge of retail industry related applications, CCTV, LP, data integration techniques, and web technology
Knowledge of the construction industry including commercial or retail construction, and construction processes a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with inputting and managing large amounts of data
Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
Ability to multi task several projects at the same time
Experience with varying project management methodologies
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with Google Suite
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Target Base Salary Range: $58,700 - $108,600 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
