Denny + Gardner is a rapidly growing, family owned, high-end design/build remodeling and construction company located in Sterling, VA. We specialize in "metropolitan luxury homes" primarily in Northern Virginia.
Due to our exciting growth, we are adding a Project Lead to our team. Our ideal candidate will be able to work well both independently and with a group. This person will be responsible for customer satisfaction (daily face to face meetings), material take-offs and orders, job site supervision (including protection, cleanliness, and safety), carpentry labor, supervising and scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and paperwork.
Our Project Leads work hands on with subcontractors and company team members to accomplish home improvements for our clients. They are required to think on their feet and problem solve in the moment to keep projects both on budget and on schedule. Often a project manager will oversee multiple projects at the same time.

Job Requirements:
- Daily face to face interaction with clients.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver license to be able to travel to and from job sites.
- Knowledge of high-end residential kitchen, bathroom, and addition remodeling, with competence in cabinet installation, demo, tiling preferred.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and people while working hands on.
- Ability to learn and use cloud-based technology for projects, scheduling and task management.
- Maintain and organize all required documentation.
- Ability to prepare and review project scopes including change orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
