JL Mag (U.S.A) Inc is located in Henderson, NV. We specialize in marketing and consulting for the green energy market especially for Electric Vehicle, Powertrain, Wind Power Turbines, Robotics and Mobile Phone Actuation (speaker, camera, vibration etc.). Our customers are the premier American makers of these products.
We are seeking a full-time Project Management Associate.
Location: Henderson, NV
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products, explain features and benefits to clients.
- Understand client needs, assist clients in finding the right products, answer questions, address concerns, resolve issues and maintain ongoing communication.
- Work with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met.
- Spend significant time in our plants to ensure smooth project development and ramp up.
- Research and learn technical trends in related fields that may impact our product roadmap. Identify customer preferences and needs, trends, and factors affecting product demand.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Attend exhibitions and conferences.
- This position entails extensive travel both domestically and abroad.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Possess emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Team player with a "solutions, no-blame" mentality
- Adaptive, flexible, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Self-motivated, diligent, resourceful, and organized - able to work independently and reliably without being micromanaged
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word, and email
- Proficiency in Social Media
- Bilingual English and Mandarin / Chinese required
