Education/ Certifications: Active PMP Certification or 5 years experience as a project manager.
Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of progressively responsible for Project Management support experience; 5-7 years supporting DoD/AF organizations
JOB SUMMARY: 305 COS operates, manages, trains, and readies Airmen to execute computer network exploitation and attack. 305 COS provides network warfare capabilities to the United States Air Force (USAF), Joint Task Forces (JTF), and combatant commanders. This will provide Squadron strategic planned recommendations and solutions to 305 COS/CC and Staff, enabling 305 COS to provide programs and combat ready forces that support AF, DoD, and global cyberspace operations.
PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical and management services to support the 305 COS in establishing and maintaining strategic cyberspace objectives and operations, enabling strategic planning and implementation of programs and projects. This includes developing briefings, roadmaps, concept of operations (CONOPS), operating concepts, and supporting documents, tool development requirements and facilitation of planning sessions.
- Provide 305 COS leadership with analysis, assessments, and recommendations for cyberspace program requirements; conduct research and analysis to develop strategic planning materials to identify and define processes, requirements, and resource requirements to integrate into 305 COS operations. Additionally, provide analysis to ensure alignment and synchronization of 305 COS mission areas and priorities with national requirements and assess program requirements to develop comprehensive plans.
- Provide operations planning analysis to support strategic objectives for 305 COS, in support of Commander Programs (Self-Assessment Program, Anti- Terrorism Program, etc.) as needed.
- Review and provide comments on operational policies, CONOPS, directives, and Rules of Engagement (ROE) for exercise support for 305 COS. Documents to be reviewed include: Higher Headquarters (HHQ) operational policies, directives, and ROE.
- Provide Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for reviews when comments or corrections are required.
- Post CRM’s in the appropriate electronic Government approved shared location and in the Government furnished format.
- Provide operational and strategic support for projects and efforts to modernize, improve, and sustain 305 COS mission and objectives.
- Review and analyze requirement documents, such as CONOPS and Operating Concepts, and report analysis to the Government.
- Provide written documentation and briefings after technical forums.
- Maintain electronic records in an appropriate electronic Government approved shared location.
