Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Project Manager to join our team at Eagle Glass LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience who is eager to step into a project management role. The ideal candidate will thrive in meeting settings, excel at building and maintaining relationships with general contractors, architects, and other key players, and be capable of overseeing projects from the contract signing phase through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Actively participate in meetings, providing clear communication and updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications, to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, permits, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Be responsive and available to address project needs, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the glazing or construction industry, with a strong understanding of window subcontracting processes.
- Eager to grow into a project management role with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to form and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, and other key players.
- Comfortable in meeting settings, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Responsive, reliable, and available to address project needs as they arise.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit project sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
