A major commercial glass and glazing company located in central Indiana is looking to hire a project manager/estimator.
This position requires a working knowledge of commercial construction blue prints and specification documents. They must be a self-starter and must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple projects. They must be proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, AutoCad as well as other construction software applications.
This position is responsible for all communications with general contractors, owners, suppliers as well as other subcontractors. They must manage all project related documents such as bid documents, contracts, specifications, submittals, billing documents, RFI’s and drawings. They will attend job site progress meetings and keep company management informed as to the current status of their projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
