Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive for the Superintendent. This individual will plan, organize, prioritize, and execute complex administrative and/or research projects as assigned by the Superintendent. This individual must be a highly skilled communicator, organizer, and collaborator.
Job Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, prioritizes and executes complex administrative projects, tasks and functions as assigned by the Superintendent
- Serves as a liaison between the Superintendent and stakeholder groups as directed
- Assists the Superintendent in the development of presentations and research-based documents for internal and external audiences
- Assists in determining priority of matters of attention for the Superintendent redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate
- Keeps the Superintendent advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Transcribes source material, prepares documents, reports, tables and charts; distributes as appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or related field
- Three to five years prior experience supporting a senior executive or team
- Experience working in urban school setting

Pay: $60,065.18 - $72,336.55 per year
