Job Summary:
We are looking for a Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent to help individuals and businesses find the right insurance coverage. In this role, you will prospect, consult, and sell personal and commercial lines insurance policies. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, making it ideal for motivated sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and business insurance policies.
- Educate clients on policy options, pricing, and coverage details.
- Provide quotes and close sales efficiently to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Stay up to date with industry changes, carrier offerings, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Sales experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools is a plus.
