About the Role
At Tower 17 Properties and Management, the Property Inspector plays a critical, hands-on role in making sure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness.
This is an active and detailed position, and built for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You’ll work independently, move through multiple properties during your shift, and follow a 96-point checklist to verify each home looks guest ready.
Responsibilities of an Property Inspector:
- Conduct quality control inspections using our detailed 96-point checklist
- Confirm properties are clean, organized, and stocked with essentials
- Communicate with cleaners and report incomplete work or issues
- Handle light cleaning tasks
- Maintain outdoor areas (patios, entryways, BBQs etc.)
- Relay maintenance needs and damage issues to the Property Manager
- Run errands for guest supplies (reimbursed)
- Stay in regular communication with the team throughout the day
- Assist with ad hoc projects and seasonal tasks as needed

Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (minimum 100/300 coverage)
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. and be on your feet for most of the day
- Must have a smartphone compatible with company apps
- Familiarity with Google G Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time position to start
- Typical shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with rotating weekend/holiday coverage
- 4-day weekly schedule with flexibility for float coverage
