Salary/hours for Property Maintenance Technicians: $20-$25/hr. commensurate with experience; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Property Maintenance Technicians:

• general maintenance to apartments
• basic electrical and plumbing
• basic carpentry

Requirements for Property Maintenance Technicians:

• general plumbing and electrical knowledge/skills
• basic carpentry skills
• ability to use tools and maintenance equipment
• must have valid driver’s license
• ability to pass background and drug screening
