Property Maintenance Worker
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to join our company. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across multiple residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include routine repairs, system diagnostics, fixture installations, groundskeeping, and seasonal duties such as snow removal. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general maintenance, a proactive work ethic, and the flexibility to handle occasional emergency calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, and heating systems
- Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and damaged components
- Maintain grounds, including lawn care and seasonal snow removal
- Manage basic HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed (on-call rotation)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school certification or vocational training preferred
- Proven experience in property maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift, bend, crouch, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
