Full Time Property Manager for upscale apartment community in Westwood, walking distance to UCLA campus and Medical Center.
Duties include leasing apartments, corresponding with residents, rules enforcement, data entry and other tasks. A positive-thinking and organized business manager is required who enjoys working with people and has strong writing skills.
Onsite lodging is not required or provided. Property management and Yardi experience are not required, but are positives!

Salary: $70,000-$75,000per year plus leasing bonuses.
