Property Manager for small Commercial Properties
Property Manager Responsible for managing daily administration, operations of small commercial properties.
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in property management position. Candidates will share our common goals in maintaining properties at full occupancy, reduction in turnover rate. Property manager will verify tenants pay their rent on time while maintaining high level customer service and tenant interactions.
Responsibilities include:
Enforce on time rent payments
Oversee day-to-day operations, administrations of properties
High level customer service when any situation is presented
Renting vacant properties, Lease Renewals
Following up on potential prospects
Screening prospective tenants
Posting ads for vacant properties
Collect prospective tenant applications
Maintenance Oversight tasks based on level of urgency
Actively ensuring the property is maintained for showings
Maintaining all aspects of properties administration and operations
Rent Collection & preparing legal Notices for posting, Serving
Rent roll administration
Maintain clean environment on properties
finding, Ensuring contractors are doing a professional job
Marketing information/ delivery as needed
Meet leasing objectives by ensuring proper sales techniques are used including first-hand leasing
Exercise independent judgment and discretion to handle and resolve tenant requests or concerns
Take responsibility for administrative duties including required reporting.
Design/maintain a marketing and advertising concept and implement
Self-management and confident personality all the while being a Team player
Ability to communicate and connect with tenants and prospects

Requirements:
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Self-motivated with attention to details
Experience in Sales and Presentations (creating a comfortable inviting environment in showing properties, etc.)
Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
Strong communication skills
Problem-solver

• Versatile and responsive

1-2 years of property management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
