Responsibilities
As a Physician Recruiter, you will recruit qualified Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (APP) for Ascension Medical Group. Please note this is an on-site/hybrid position and will require travel throughout the Milwaukee and Racine Wisconsin area.
Responsibilities include:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and support.
- Attend in person interviews with the candidate.
- Communicates with leaders and stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and candidate status
- Complies with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple demanding positions and prioritize as appropriate
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
