We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by providing exceptional service ensuring that the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Taking food and drink orders delivering members promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Support other team members and ensure that all food handling practices meet safety standards.
- Help manage guest needs by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Ability to anticipate and execute members needs, memorizing member names.
- Uphold sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean environment for both members and staff.
Skills
- Familiarity with Jonas POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Previous experience is highly desirable, ideally in a private Club settings.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to explain and suggest menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in bussing, hosting, or other roles within the food service industry is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
