Overview:
This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation. Duties include providing leadership and direction to store employees, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience and performing operational activities throughout the store.
Schedule:A combination of Day Shifts, Evening Shifts and Weekends. Some Holidays are required.
Responsibilities:
It is essential that you be available, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements. This position is required to perform a combination of the following duties during their day:
- As a Keyholder you are responsible for assisting Store Management in store operations including: driving sales and profit, customer loyalty, planning, prioritization, and delegating of daily tasks.
- Supervise and manage daily store operations in Store Manager or Assistant Manager's absence.
- Perform Opening/Closing procedures.
- Transport and make deposits to the bank.
- Resolve customer complaints/issues and ensure the customer has a positive experience.
- Lead freight movement and inventory control.
- Train employees on the appropriate application of policies and procedures.
- Operate cash register/computer
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and respond to any alarm calls as needed.
- Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Open availability
- Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 40 pounds, throughout the store.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
- Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
- Have sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to complete a background check upon being selected.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
