Lucky Puppies of Idaho is hiring a reliable, quick-thinking, and self-motivated individual to join our morning team. This role is all about setting the tone for the day — making sure our puppies start their mornings clean, safe, fed, and happy. You’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our pups healthy and our store running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean and sanitize puppy pens and shared spaces
• Prep and serve food and water
• Keep an eye out for health or behavior changes
• Bathe and freshen up puppies as needed
• Record care notes and communicate with the team
• Provide playtime, attention, and basic enrichment

What You Need to Bring:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle (no ride-sharing or drop-offs)
• Previous work experience required (any field — just show us you know how to work)
• Must be available for morning shifts and weekends (start times vary)
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stay on your feet
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and solid judgment
• Comfortable working with all sizes and breeds of puppies
