Studio General Manager
Location: Pure Barre Murrells Inlet
Schedule: 30-40 hours/week | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Operations Manager Compensation Plan

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Studio General Manager to oversee daily operations, support client success, and lead with integrity and enthusiasm.
Position Summary
The Studio General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring exceptional client experiences, managing administrative tasks, and supporting sales and retention strategies. This role is ideal for a self-motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for community-based fitness.
Work Schedule
30-40 hours per week
3–10 classes taught per week (required to complete Pure Barre Teacher Training)
Studio coverage required during:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Weekends
- Holiday rotation
Monday–Friday with some flexibility, but consistent front desk presence is required

Meetings & Collaboration
- Monthly planning meeting with studio owner
- Weekly sales meeting with studio owner
- Weekly operations check-in with studio owner
- Weekly virtual national sales call

Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Strong communicator and problem-solver

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a growing, dedicated team
- Prior experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality a plus
- Pure Barre certification a plus (or willingness to become certified)
