AmeriPrime Healthcare Inc. is a home health agency providing high quality patient centered care in northern California, and is looking to hire a QA Nurse for our corporate office located in Tracy, CA.
Compensation: $32.00-$50.00

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and improve quality of care delivered to patients.
- Monitor infection control practices and implement strategies to reduce the risk of infections.
- Utilize coding systems accurately for documentation and billing purposes.
- Provide education and training to staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Analyze data related to patient outcomes and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss quality initiatives and patient care strategies.
Requirements
- Current LVN or RN license.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and internal medicine principles.
- Familiarity with coding systems relevant to healthcare documentation.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Kinnser Wellsky.
- Knowledge of infectious disease management and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data assessment.
- 2 years experience working in Home Health is preferred.
