Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our team and support routine pharmaceutical testing in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine testing of pharmaceutical samples by following analytical compendial methods (pH, appearance, osmolality, concentration, break-loose extrusion force testing, etc.)
- Prepare standards and samples for analysis
- Monitoring and replenishing lab reagents and solutions
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate instrumentation in the QC laboratory
- Document work as required for GMP compliance
- Execute work in accordance with standard operating procedures, with attention to detail, and with strong organizational skills
- Interact effectively with peers and leaders as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control analytical testing
- Experience with HPLC using Empower software and Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to produce consistent, reliable data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Quick to learn new techniques and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong record-keeping skills and commitment to following instructions and company policies
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and maintains a positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
