Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QSR Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Great American Cookies and Marble Slab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a QSR Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Supervise and train team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation and handling procedures to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Implement effective scheduling to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency.
- Decorating cakes & cookies
- Serve cookies & Ice cream to customer
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, preferably within a quick service fast food restaurant environment.
- Proficient in food handling practices and kitchen operations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Experience working as cake decorator is a plus.
