Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Perform quality control inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistent product quality.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Document findings from inspections and audits, maintaining accurate records for reference and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the development of training materials related to quality assurance practices for staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related fields within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, QA/QC processes, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis skills to interpret results effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in product quality.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Pay: $21.21 - $25.55 per hour
Expected hours: 60 per week
