We have an immediate opening for a Quality Performance Manager. This position is responsible for the monitoring, reporting and improvement of Plant Quality Metrics including, but not exclusively, MRB/DRB process, MSA and other statistical programs.
- Plant Quality Metrics & reporting
- SPC / SQC Charting
- TLIMS Output
- Lead FMEA assessments
- Develop Control Plans
- MRB / DRB process
- Additional support will be required for auditing, supplier management and complaint investigation and will perform other duties as assigned or needed
- This job has no specific supervisory responsibilities but leads through influencing and mentoring, especially when executing improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ISO9001 Internal Auditor experience.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Project Management Software; Knowledge of Minitab and other statistical software.
- Occasionally required to utilize hand and finger dexterity and to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
- Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Continually required to sit, talk and hear.
- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Frequently work near moving mechanical parts, work around fumes, airborne particles or toxic chemicals.
- Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions.
- The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 25 pounds.
