Summary:
Quality Review Manager (QRM) will work with the Quality Review Specialists to ensure timely review of plan of care and OASIS time points to the electronic medical record to ensure accuracy of OASIS items, documentation, and utilization for quality and outcome management through clinician collaboration and implementation of best clinical practices. Responsible for identifying opportunities for improved OASIS accuracy and reporting these to clinical managers and clinicians. QRM will partner with Directors and the Baptist Network Administrator on initiatives to improve quality outcomes and agency ratings.
Other information:
Five years Home Health experience as RN, PT, ST, OT.
Current COS-C certification and HCS-D Coding certification preferred. Detailed knowledge of PDGM and ICD 10 coding specifications. Ability to obtain HCS-D coding and OASIS certifications within three months of hire.

Strong computer skills with proven ability with OASIS review software, clinical documentation software, as well as the reports in these programs
