DESCRIPTION
This position will supervise the inspection, prototyping, and documentation of wire harnesses manufactured locally in Houston. You will be responsible for assigning work to 1-2 other individuals, supervising the creation of documentation, work orders, & prototypes for new designs, and controlling the general work flow and process for QA testing of finished product.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong reading & writing skills (All applicants MUST submit a writing sample)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Experience with QA systems & procedures (such as ISO 9001 standards)
- Good mathematics skills (precision measurements with calipers, convert English to metric, & fraction/decimal conversions)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Familiarity with WHMA 620-D standards
- Understanding of basic electrical theory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
