Job Overview
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical skills, including welding and equipment repair

Duties
- Supervise daily ranch operations, including animal care, feeding, and health monitoring.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of farm machinery and equipment, including welding and general repairs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain records related to livestock health, and farm activities using basic math skills for calculations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating heavy equipment and power tools.
Experience
Candidates should have a robust background in ranch management or a related field with the following skills:
- Proven supervising experience in an agricultural setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with animal husbandry practices, including care for various livestock species.
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy machinery safely.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other farm equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about agriculture, possess strong leadership qualities, and have a hands-on approach to ranch management.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
