Responsibilities:- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Underwrite prospect leads and make competitive offers
- Meeting company KPIs, to help reach personal/business goals
- 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Real estate license not required at time of hiring but applicant must obtain at start of employment
