Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property values and develop effective pricing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Organize property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Manage property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all dealings with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests during transactions.
- Background in property management is beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
