***Serv Corp is a mortgage broker with over 25+ lending partners. Serv Corp can help many buyers who have been turned down by banks and direct lenders. A lot of banks & direct lenders will stop loaning money to borrowers when the clients credit score falls below 640, which can cut out a lot of your potential home buyers. Serv Corp has relationships with lenders that can get borrowers approved with credit scores in the low 500's! (This means our mortgage division can get more clients/buyers qualified so you have the ability to close more real estate deals!!!)
***Serv Corp also does all the exotic loans that most banks and direct lenders wont do. (This again means our mortgage division can get more clients/buyers qualified so you have the ability to close more real estate transactions!!!) Serv Corp does Non-Qualified mortgage loans: Hard Money Loans, Bank Statement Loans, I-10 Loans, P&L Statement Loans, Fix and Flip Loans, Commercial Loans, Foreign National Loans, Business Owner Loans and more!
*** Just remember that 30% or more of your potential buyers could fall into these categories. Just think if you closed one more real estate transaction a month or even 6 more real estate transactions a year and those deals brought in on average $15k to $30k PER DEAL in commissions to you!!!

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties effectively.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and provide clients with accurate information.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers at Serv Corp to facilitate financing for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws is essential.
- Sales experience is preferred, with an emphasis on customer service.
