Position Summary
Senter Home Group is seeking a motivated and dependable licensed real estate agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their real estate career or an established agent seeking hands-on mentorship, structured training, and access to real qualified leads to help them grow their business.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and independently conduct showings, open houses, inspections, and client appointments
- Manage and nurture buyer leads with professionalism and follow-through
- Prepare and submit offers, contracts, and other transaction documents
- Conduct market research and create CMAs (Comparative Market Analyses)
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with the team lead on strategy, communication, and execution
- Participate in team trainings, meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and social media engagement
- Support marketing and branding efforts as needed
Qualifications
- Active Illinois real estate license (or near completion)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and organized
- Willingness to attend in-person showings and team meetups
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as Dotloop, Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Canva and ChatGPT
- Reliable transportation and availability for local travel
