Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our agents through the buying and selling process. From preparing documents and scheduling appointments to communicating with clients and ensuring deadlines are met, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly.
This is not a sales role—it’s a supportive, behind-the-scenes position ideal for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, anticipating next steps, and making others look like rock stars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts, disclosures, listing packets, and marketing materials
- Manage transaction checklists and timelines from contract to close
- Schedule showings, inspections, and client appointments
- Follow up with leads and provide client communication
- Update MLS listings, CRM systems, and team databases
- Coordinate with photographers, title companies, lenders, and vendors
- Assist with open house prep, signage, and team events
- Support agents with general admin and marketing tasks
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in real estate, admin, or client service (Active Utah Real estate license is required)
- Love being organized and checking off To-Do lists
