What You'll Do:
- Door Knock and engage with property owners in distress (foreclosure, probate, unpaid taxes, code violations, etc.)
- Build rapport and collect critical property and owner information
- Identify motivated sellers and pass off warm leads to our acquisitions team
- Track and manage your lead activity in our CRM system
- Learn and grow through training, shadowing, and direct field work with experienced investors

- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- A natural communicator who can empathize and listen to sellers in tough situations

Compensation:
Eat What You Kill. You’ll be paid per qualified lead that results in a closed deal:
- $1,000+ per deal minimum
- $5,000–$10,000+ potential on high-margin deals
There’s no cap on your earnings. Your hustle equals your paycheck.
