We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, highlighting their unique features and ensuring they stand out in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Take professional photos and videos of real estate, including interior and exterior shots.
- Use lighting, staging, and camera techniques to enhance property appeal.
- Capturing drone photos and videos of real estate
- Create engaging video tours and promotional content for online listings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and photography/videography techniques.
- Be an impressive image of our company to Realtors & Homeowners.
Requirements:
- Must own and Use your own equipment including: Cameras, Lens, Tripod, Drone, Lighting, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your Photography work.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of each property.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various property locations often.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with drone photography/videography.
- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography.
- Previous experience in real estate or other related fields.
