Your Role on the Team: Consistently follow up and convert leads into clients Build lasting client relationships through expert communication Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction Host open houses and engage with the community Ensure seamless, professional experiences from contract to close Stay on top of local market trends and real estate strategies Expand your business through our proven systems and support
Qualifications: Active Real Estate License (required) Sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized, focused, and self-disciplined Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 – $400,000+ per year
