We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate and Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a 1099 non-salary position in a luxury office suite on Brand Blvd in Glendale, CA. You are expected to come in a minimum of 4 days a week average hours. There is a flexible schedule as you may work at your current commission real estate job and work for us. However, we have a lot of work with projects and clients so you would make more money working with us 100% of the time. We have a global investment, real estate, insurance, and consulting company. We need people who have have commercial real estate experience and an insurance license. There is even more work for you to do if you know how to process commercial real estate revenue numbers for luxury hotels, apartments, residential communities and you can put together commercial real estate financial statements. This is a great opportunity for someone who works in real estate but would like to have more deals and would like to make more money. This is great for someone who is used to 1099 work but would like a positive environment where they have upward mobility in a large firm that provides growth, training, and upward mobility. This is an opportunity for someone to work in a top of the line finance environment. You have to be focused on customer service and have a friendly speaking voice in dealing with clients. You have to understand how to work in a corporate environment. However, you control your schedule, we want everyone to be in the office a minimum of 4 days a week. The more you are hear the more money you will make because there is always work to do. Dress in whatever you consider to be business casual, and this is a fun work environment where you will be surrounded by very experienced people who are engaging and positive. As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs, develop strategies, and drive organizational change to enhance performance and achieve business objectives. We will train you how to continue to work in this space and have upward mobility and growth.
We will have you come in to our Glendale Headquarters, be ready to start immediately.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' insurance needs to provide tailored recommendations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clients' insurance portfolios.
- Manage projects related to client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Have a Insurance License
- Have Commercial Real Estate Experience
- We highly encourage anyone who has CRE "Wheel Program" experience to apply
- If you have experiene at CBRE or Marcus & Millichap you are highly encouraged to apply

Pay: $85,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
