Receiver / Inventory Clerk – Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse (Las Vegas Strip)

Pampas Brazilian Grille is the original Brazilian steakhouse on the Strip, serving thousands of guests each week with our authentic churrasco experience. We’re a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant, and our back-of-house team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Position: Receiver / Inventory Clerk – Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our back-of-house team, you’ll ensure all deliveries are accurate, properly stored, and organized for smooth kitchen and bar operations. Responsibilities include:
- Check in deliveries of food, produce, proteins, beer, wine, and liquor.
- Verify quantities, quality, and proper condition of all incoming items.
- Organize and store items according to FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Assist with kitchen and bar prep as needed.
- Ensure all storage areas (walk-ins, dry storage, coolers) are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Communicate with management and culinary teams regarding stock levels, shortages, or damaged items.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in receiving, inventory, or back-of-house operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy items (up to ~50 lbs) safely.
- Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
