Core Collective 509 offers home decor, interior design, real estate, and background screening services with an office in Kennewick, WA. This is an in person position and will not be offered as remote.
This position is part-time, 25 hours per week from 12pm to 5pm Tuesday-Saturday.
This position requires excellent organizational and computer skills, outgoing demeanor, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the home décor boutique.
- Manage and restock inventory.
- Utilize Shopify platform for product updates and order processing.
- Schedule consultations for interior design and real estate services upon customer request.
- Process online orders with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- Respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Create and schedule social media posts, videos and blogs.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative, customer service, or social media experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive data.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Microsoft Office, and social media tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a small-business environment.
- Extremely friendly, professional, and adaptable.
