Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
• Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time.
• Perform office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks, including document creation and spreadsheet management.
• Provide clerical support as needed, assisting with customer support inquiries and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an office management or receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficient computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications.
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends
